Parts supply:

 

Whatever you car may need, you can get it here. Regular service parts, like spark plugs, filters, brake pads we usually have in stock, or we can get it in about a week....but thats not all.  We sell all the name brand performance parts,  we get parts custom made, we will find rare and hard to find parts. If someone on the planet has one for sale, we will find it. We have been doing this for many years, we know what parts are good quality and which ones to stay away from.  You  need a whole car found, purchased, transported and delivered to your door ?  No problem, and we can take care of the paperwork  as well.  Reliably, on time and on budget.

 

 

 

Automatic and manual transmissions:

 

  

 

We service, rebuild and modify all transmissions ever installed in vehicles made for the North American market.  Our service is top quality, and we guarantee it.  All of out transmissions are assembled in house with the highest quality componenets and the same carefull attention to detail, from the antiques through  the common minivan transmissions, to the expensive custom racing transmissions that serve behind fire breathing blown and nitroused bigblocks, that regularly have to harness over a thousand horsepower.   We can also rebuild or modify your manual transmission and clutch, from the old Muncie to the modern six speeds, and everything in between. The TubolyTech transmission  will not let you down, no matter where you are...on the race track, off road, heavy towing with your big diesel truck, commuting day after day, or just  cruising around on saturday night,  looking for trouble.  Those that have one, know.

 

 

Engine rebuilding:

We rebuild all engines ever installed in US market vehicles, to the highest quality standards and best available parts, with a warranty.  The parts we use today are often better quality than the parts originally installed by the factory, and sometimes technology used today did not even exist when some of the classic cars were manufactured, for example piston, piston ring , bearing and gasket technology is light years ahead of what was available even 20 years ago.  The result : your old engine will not only be rebuilt, it will be better then it was when it was brand new...at TubolyTech, there is no such thing as a stock rebuild...we put in all the improvements we can, for a difference you can actually feel. Your engine will run better,  use less fuel,  have more power, last longer...all for the price of a normal rebuild, and certainly less than buying and shipping an assembly line thrown together crate motor from the US, with a warranty that is worthless on this side of the Atlantic.  We take pride in our work and stand behind our engines. 

 

 

Machine shop services:

     

 If you or your mechanic can do the assembly, but need a machine shop for the specialised work, come to us. We can do it all: block bore & hone, align hone, planing, block decking, crank grinding, rod resizing, head rebuilding with new guides and valve seats. We can install bigger valves, enlarge spring seats for bigger springs etc... anything a motor may need.  We do race quality work to all the parts you bring to us, we can only do one level of quality...the best available, be it a daily driven work truck,  family hauler or a quarter mile monster or your pride and joy classic.  TubolyTech guarantees the performed work will be of top quality, accuracy and will give the exact surface finish needed for the given application.

 

Digital engine balancing:

 

This  deserves a special mention among our machine shop services.  TubolyTech is the only shop in Central Europe that can do this work. We use a US made digital balancer  to balance 4-6-8-10-12 cylinder rotating assemblies with precision that is very much like used by high rpm NASCAR engines. Since 2010, every TubolyTech built engine is balanced this way...more accurately balanced, than the factory could do them back in the day.

 

 

Exhaust systems:

  

We make anything from  standard factory replacement exhaust systems to  custom polished stainless steel systems,  depending on what the customer wants. Our tube bending equipment and materials are all imported from the US...we use purpose made aluminised exaust tubing, so your new exhaust will look and perform good for many years to come. Our custom stainless systems are polished to a mirror shine and will not only look show quality...they also have that beautiful deep rumble everyone is looking for. TubolyTech stainless systems use thick wall tubing, so you only hear the motor, no pipe echo and transferred vibration so common is cheaper systems. The sound, and  the flow of the system is designed for each customers preference and also the engines flow requirements...it can be free flowing with a rumble or low profile sound with only a hint of what is under the hood.  As a rule, we always prefer the quietest possible system that will still not lose power.  Making noise with no power to back it up, is not our style.

 

 

 

Carburator rebuilding and E85 conversion:

                       

If your good old carb is on its last leg, leaking fuel, leaking vacuum, engine bogs and misses and suffering from all kinds of old age problems, don't worry, we will take care of it.  Bring it to us or put it in a box  and ship it, and we will make it better thean new again. We take it apart to little pieces and clean it thoroughly, replace any old and worn parts with better thean factory new ones, so your carb will look and work great again.  If you want to try  the E85 bioethanol fuel, we can convert your carb to this fuel, so you can take advantage of all the benefits it has to offer in increased performance and lower emissions. We built  the fastest and most powerfull carburated  E85 powered car in central europe, so your carb will be in good hands.

 

 

  Fuel injection system design, installation, programming for gasoline (benzin) , E85 or  duel fuel, flex fuel application.  Retrofit EFI conversion for older engines, for maximum fuel economy and lower emissions with no compromises in power:

 

 

 

         

 

From the simple to the most sophisticated, we build, install and tune EFI systems, tune  the stand alone and factory ECU-s as required with engine modifications.  We have experience in installing and tuning gasoline/ethanol flex fuel systems in both naturally aspirated and forced induction engines with excellent results. E85 fuel injection produces excellent power with radically lowered  emissions values.

 

Tires-Tire Installation and Repair:

 

Tires for anything from anywhere:  we supply tires for street, 4x4, dragster, pro touring, classic whitewall, oldtimers , etc...we will get them and install them. We know how to handle your  impossible to get classic spoke wheel, or prized custom wheels  with care...we routinely install huge drag slicks or mud tires on 15 inch wide wheels...we do not do these on an assembly line, we take the time to make absolutely sure everything is done properly....we do not use an air wrench to install wheels, we use a precision torque wrench to do this.

 

 

Car Transport/Trailering:

 We provide a car transport service to Hungary, Austria and other countries within Europe. If your vehicle needs to be transported home from the sea port when it arrives from the USA or just needs to be picked up for repairs...we  go, pick it up, transport it to our shop and do the repairs needed. Brakes/Suspension:

  The braking system and suspension are an often neglected part of a car, since a car with worn brakes or sloppy suspension componenets will still run and be drivable, unlike with a bad engine or drivetrain, so drivers pay less attention to these, but our lives depend on these when we drive our cars. At the same time, these are the parts that  wear out most often on US cars, so they should be in top shape to have a safe vehicle. At Tuboly Tech, we can do all the work necessary to keep  your running gear in good shape...we can rebuild your brakes with quality , redo your suspension to better than new, and get a precision alignment job done after the work is completed. We have all wheel alignment specifications in out database for all US market vehicles.

 

 

Body Work-Paint:

     

We do everything from collision repairs to complete restorations.  We take a lot of pictures of the starting condition of the car and document the entire process with high def. photos during the entire work process. We have an extra size frame and body straightening bench that can accomodate even full size vehicles such as vans and trucks.

 

 

 

Race Cars:

 

 TubolyTech:  Home of the first 8 second car in Hungary...and the second...and the third...and we  run in the 7-s now and keep getting faster and faster reliably.  Not much else needs to be said.  If you want to race, Tuboly Tech can build you the car to do it with. We teach you to drive it, teach you to win with it, we service it, treansport to races, and provide tech and crew support at the races. All you have to do is put the fire suit on, get in and rock & roll.  Our accumulated knowledge and dedication to winning will get you many throphies.

A TubolyTech-nél megkapod azt, amit mindig is akartál, és többet: erőt, diszkrét megjelenéssel, ahogy a gyárban kellett volna megcsinálniuk anno, vagy  még több erőt olyan jelenléttel,  hogy még gázt sem kell adnod, máris megkapja az autó a neki kijáró tiszteletet.  A TubolyTech előtt az USA autók tulajdonosai vereséget vereség után voltak kénytelenek elszenvedni a többi autótól, gazdáik szemlesütve magyarázkodtak a csontgyönge szereplések miatt...de ennek már vége...ma az ország leggyorsabb autói USA vasak,győzelmet győzelemre, rekordot rekordra halmoznak, uralkodnak az autók közt, az egykor lesajnáló pillantások mára elismerő  tiszteletté változtak...és TubolyTech motor repíti őket előre.  Ha itt épül az autód, az erő veled lesz...és nem csak papíron...ugyanakkor lesz hozzá megfelelő váltód, difid, felfüggesztésed, féked, gumid, alvázmerevítésed is...itt épült az első 9 másodperces magyar rendszámos USA autó, és 10, 11 és 12 másodperces autók számolatlanul.    Ez itt nem a neon és spoilerbolt  a hülyegyerekeknek...ez itt a TubolyTech, mi mennydörgést és istennyilát árulunk.

  Tevékenységünk nagy része ide sorolható...legyen ez kis hiba, vagy nagyjavítás, vagy csak egy egyszerű olajcsere vagy nagyszerviz...a Tuboly Tech csapata szakszerűen, hozzáértéssel, versenyképes áron elvégzi ezeket rövid határidővel.

 

Diagnostics:

 

Autód adatait real-time-ban, menet közben figyeljük és elemezzük a legmodernebb technológiával, USA-ból importált felszereléssel...az összes USA-ban forgalmazott típust tudjuk diagnosztizálni, beleértve az usa piacos európai és japán modelleket is.

 

 

Hátsó híd / Differenciálművek / Osztóművek:

Cégünk igény szerint  javítja, felújítja, átépíti, megerősíti a hátsó hidakat és differenciálműveket.  Bármit bármihez, legyen az hatalmas terepjáró vagy 2000 lóerős dragster, vagy független felfüggesztésű sportautó, mi már láttuk és csináltuk mindet.

 

 

Kardánok:

 

Felújítás, átalakítás, rövidítés, új kardánok legyártása USA minőségben.  Ahol a gyári kardán feladja a harcot, ott jövünk mi, vagy ha nincs is kardánod, legyártjuk amegfelelő minőségben. Robosztus erő, amely megbirkózik bármekkora nyomatékkal ugyanakkor vibrációmentesen  funkcionál akár  250 kmh-s tempónál is.

 

Egyedi tömítések:

 

  Gyakran a gyári tömítések nem megfelelőek...jobb kell, más vastagság, más méret vagy egyszerűen nem is létezik gyári tömítés az adott technikához illetve terheléshez.  Mi legyártjuk, akár minta , mintadarab vagy rajz alapján.

 

Porfestés:

A porfestett felületek esztétikusak, strapabíróak és ma már elérhető áron és hatalmas színválasztákban érhetőek kivitelezhetőek. Mi a felületet előkészítjük, és partnerünk kamrájában festetjük...akár egész alvázakat is vagy egyéb nagyméretű szerkezeteket is.

 

Dízel Tuning:

 A dízeled is lehet gyors, erős, dinamikus...a Tuboly Tech-nél átprogramozzuk erősebbre, tudunk rá szerelni nagy intercoolert, tudunk hozzá erős váltót és convertert adni, amivel tényleg olyen lesz a truck, mint amilyennek a gyárban meg kellett volna csinálniuk.

 

 

Terepjárók:

 

Javítás, karbantartás, speciális futóművek, emelések tervezése és kivitelezése, off road futóművek, speciális váltók és motorok...a terepjárók sok alkatrésszel szemben speciális igényeket támasztanak, és ezt tudnia kell a szerviznek is.  A TubolyTech-nél  régóta foglalkozunk már velük és mi tudjuk,  mit igényel egy terepjáró,  hogy jól és megbízhatóan működjön, valamint az esetleges átalakítások elérjék a kitűzött célokat...az emelt terepjárók ugyanúgy tudnak stabilak lenni az úton, rugózási komfortjuk szintén tud kielégítő lenni...az, hogy a magyar utakon található példányok nagy része nem felel meg ezeknek a kritériumoknak, az a szakszerűtlen belenyúlások rovására írható.  Nem szabad elfogadni a "hát ezek ilyenek" féle magyarázatot, amikor a terepjáród pattog, mint a gumilabda, össze-vissza kóvályog az úton és kínszenvedés menni vele.  Nem így van.  Ezek nem feltétlenül ilyenek.

 

 

 

Hajók:

Igaz, ezek nem autók, de motor és hajtáslánc azért van bennük, tehát a TubolyTech javítja, szervizeli, tuningolja őket is. Szervizeljük az összes Mercruiser, OMC Cobra, Volvo Penta stb. motort és kihajtást...de otthon vagyunk a vízsugaras hajtású  jet boat-ok körül is. Jelszavunk ugyanaz, mint az autók esetében: mindenhez minden.

 

 

Snowmobile - Jet-Ski javítás / Tuning:

 A TubolyTech őket is szervizeli,  javítja,  tuningolja, alkatrészekkel ellátja. Ha a jet-ed a tengerfenéken parkolt egy darabig, mi helyrehozzuk...ha elment minden eszed és nitrot szeretnél a snowmobilodra, mert úgy gondolod, hogy 200-al szeretnél menni a havon,  nálunk azt is megkapod.  Teljes alkatrész és szervizhátteret biztosítunk játékszereidnek.
